Vs: Büste des Alexander Severus in Rückansicht mit Strahlenkrone, Paludament und Panzer rechts.
Rs: Tyche mit Ähren auf Felsen nach links sitzend, davor brennender Altar, zu ihren Füßen Flussgott nach rechts schwimmend; im Feld links und rechts je ein Stern.
