Vs: Büste des Macrinus in Vorderansicht mit Lorbeerkranz, Paludament und Panzer rechts.
Rs: Adler mit geöffneten Schwingen, Kranz im Schnabel frontal auf Thyrsos stehend, Kopf nach rechts gewendet.
