Vs: Frontal stehender St. Basil mit Nimbus und Heiliger Schrift. Rechts bezeichnet BASILAE.
Rs: Fünfzeilige griechische Inschrift mit Erwähnung eines Basilios in der Stellung als Protoprohedros.
